One of the feather palms that have a decent cold hardiness to them the the Parajubaea family. They are cross fertile with some of the other feather palms and Palmscape handles them for the ability to cross them with others. If you would like to purchase them, you should know they will not likely live outdoors here in the NW unless they are brought in in the wet and cold season.
